    To continuously enhance production efficiency, optimize cost structures, and deliver higher cost-performance vertical work platform solutions to global customers, HYNEE recently announced a strategic partnership with  Huazhi Consulting to launch the second phase of its Lean Management Consulting Project. Focusing on intelligent layout design and full-process flow optimization for the new plant, this initiative marks a critical step in HYNEE’s transformation toward a dual-drive model of "Smart Manufacturing + Lean Operations."

Breaking Growth Barriers, Fortifying Smart Manufacturing Foundations
With overseas market orders surging rapidly and the comprehensive construction of the new production base, traditional manufacturing models can no longer meet high-speed development demands. "We must avoid simple scale expansion," stated a HYNEE spokesperson. "Through lean innovation, we aim to achieve a 30% increase in output per unit area and a 40% optimization in logistics efficiency."

Three Core Initiatives of Phase II Project

1 3D Digital Plant Planning
Leveraging BIM modeling technology, HYNEE will build U-shaped smart production clusters encompassing raw material storage, core component processing, and full machine assembly  This eliminates material backtracking caused by traditional linear layouts, with an expected 3 0% reduction in logistics distance.

2. End-to-End Value Stream Optimization
Establishing a continuous flow production system from steel cutting to finished product delivery. By applying the ECRS methodology to restructure key processes, the project targets a 25 % compression in production cycles and a 2 0% reduction in work-in-progress inventory.

3. Enterprise-Wide Improvement Program
Launching the "Lean Star" employee suggestion system, workshop improvement boards, and monthly QC team competitions. Standardized OPL (One-Point Lesson) training will be implemented, supported by a point-based reward system and cost-saving profit-sharing mechanisms. The program aims to achieve cumulative cost reductions of  ¥1 million

"The essence of lean innovation is to transfer value to customers,"  emphasized HYNEE’s leadership. "By improving cost efficiency through higher output per square meter in the new plant, we will directly convert savings into product competitiveness."

As Phase II progresses, HYNEE is championing the lean philosophy of "creating value in every process and empowering efficiency in every space," redefining smart manufacturing standards for vertical mast lift . The modern production base, scheduled for operation in  August 2025 , will not only advance HYNEE’s global strategy but also provide customers worldwide with safer, more efficient, and sustainable vertical boom lifts solutions through a competitive product portfolio.
